Lash Extensions FAQs
Do you accept walk-ins?
By appointment only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and card (we have tap to pay). No checks.
What happens if I’m running late?
To remain on schedule for all guests, appointments will still end at the originally scheduled time if you arrive late. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, and the full service fee will still apply.
Can I bring a guest or child to my appointment?
Because these services require your eyes to remain closed and your body to stay relatively still for an hour or longer, I kindly ask that guests and children not accompany you to your appointment. However, I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you do need to bring your child, they must be at an age where they can sit quietly and independently for the duration of your service.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not offered. Adjustments may be made within a certain timeframe (within 3-5 days) if you are not satisfied. Any chargebacks filed for completed services will be disputed with signed consent forms, intake forms, appointment records, and service documentation.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
All cancellations should be made 12 hours in advance. For no-call, no show you will be sent an invoice and required to pay a $25 fee before you can book again. You may reschedule 12 hours in advance.
Is there paperwork to fill out before my appointment?
There is a form that is in your confirmation email that you'll need to fill out beforehand. If not filled out, you'll have to fill it out when you arrive which may waste time.
Are my real lashes too short or thin for extensions?
Realistically speaking, it's possible for some people to not be good candidates for lash extensions. If you're natural lashes are already in a weak or damaged state then I strongly recommend you to look for alternatives such as Lashify or any strip lashes. For a more accurate answer, please text me and attach a clear photo of your lashes in the sunlight.
Do my lashes need a break from extensions?
You should hopefully never feel a need to take a break from lash extensions. Unless it's for personal reasons. Hopefully not because you feel like it's damaging. I have clients who have been coming to me for 6+ years and have never taken a break. Their lashes are still healthy and show no signs of damage.
