FAQ
How long does it take to apply lash extensions?
It depends on what kind of lashes you're getting, how many lashes you have, and whether or not it's a full set or refill. It can typically range from 1.5-3 hours for a full set. 30 minutes-2 hours for a refill. For specific time frames, visit my scheduling site where pricing is also listed.
What lashes should I get?
There's no "one size fits all" for lashes. Which is why I've created a quiz just for you! I've also added descriptions of each type on my service page. If you want a more natural lash look or have a ton of natural lashes then try out hybrids. For more dramatic looks or a sparse lash lines then go for volume or mega-volume! If you're getting lashes for the first time I highly recommend starting with hybrid lashes first. We can always build up from there. Keep in mind that ALL lash types are super customizable.
How much time should I book for my fill?
I offer 3 refill types. The Touch Up, Mini-Fill, and Fill. The Touch Up is a quick 30-min fill that is meant to be a touch up right before that big event or vacation. The Mini-Fill is not really a mini fill but a regular 60-min fill meant for those that have about 60% of their lashes still in-tact or have sparse lashes. You can also add an extra 15-min for a 75-min fill time. The Fill is a 90-min refill that most people will want/need to book. If you think you need more time feel free to add an extra 15-min to any of the appointment types! To be safe, book the Fill option.
How long will my lashes stay on and how often should I come in?
Lashes will typically last for 2-4 weeks. On average, my clients come in at 3-weeks with 50% of their lashes still in tact. The better you care for them the longer they will last and the better they will stay on in the future.
I'm afraid to wash my lashes because I don't want them to fall out.
NO please don't think this way! Cleansing your lashes is arguably THE most important part of having lash extensions. If you aren't washing them regularly you might be missing on the benefits on having lashes! Overtime dirt, oil, makeup, and eye boogers will dry up and create a barrier on the lashes. This makes it REALLY difficult for new lash extensions to attach because it's just attaching to the yuck. Also, it's VERY unhealthy not to wash them. You can be risking yourself to infection and irritations. So I beg you to cleanse your lashes AT LEAST every other day if not every day. It doesn't matter if you're not wearing makeup, oil and sweat will still build up. I carry 2 types of lash cleansers. Purchase one at your next visit!
How can I take care of my lashes properly?
It can seem like there's a hundred rules to caring for them so I'll share my personal routine to how I make my lashes stay on for 3+ weeks!
1. WASH your lashes EVERY day. I use a cleanser at nighttime to get rid of the day's dirt. In the mornings I'll just splash them with water to get rid of oil and sweat from the night.
2. Be gentle! Don't rub your eyes or pick at your lashes.

Super simple right? Be gentle and wash your lashes, that's it!
Can I wear mascara with my lashes?
This is a debated topic. Technically you could put on mascara still but what's the point of that? It's a hassle to clean later even if you use non-waterproof mascara. Plus lash extensions is meant to replace the need to apply mascara. So I strongly advise people to not use mascara. Instead, try upgrading to hybrid, volume, or mega-volume instead.
Are my real lashes too short or thin for extensions?
Realistically speaking, it's possible for some people to not be good candidates for lash extensions. If you're natural lashes are already in a weak or damaged state then I strongly recommend you to look for alternatives such as Lashify or any strip lashes. For a more accurate answer, please text me and attach a clear photo of your lashes in the sunlight.
Do my lashes need a break from extensions?
You should hopefully never feel a need to take a break from lash extensions. Unless it's for personal reasons. Hopefully not because you feel like it's damaging. I have clients who have been coming to me for nearly 4 years and still do not feel a need to take a break. They're lashes are still healthy and show no signs of damage.
Can I still use facial oils?
Proceed with caution! Personally, I still continue to use facial oils both morning and night. I haven't seen any signs to indicate they're falling out because of it. So don't be afraid to slather on the oils! BUT- I still don't advise anyone to use oils in the eye area. Avoid the orbital area at all costs.
I tried to call but nobody answered?
Please do NOT call. The number listed is my personal phone number. Most times I am in service and feel it is inappropriate to answer while working with a client. Also- with the amount of spam calls I get, I tend to ignore all unanticipated calls. The best way to contact me is to text or use the form provided on this page if you have any specific questions.
